| StratEquity started operations early in 2000. During 2000 to the end of 2007 StratEquity's business was primarily to provide funding to public companies via StratEquity's client base by offering direct share ownership to StratEquity clients in these companies. Some of these companies are today listed on the JSE Limited whilst some are still unlisted and in a development phase. From 2008 StratEquity changed its business model and as a licensed Investment Manager StratEquity now does Portfolio Management for its clients. |

StratEquity provides a service to capital seekers
We provide a professional service to listed companies wishing to raise expansion capital by offering shares in their business. Shares are bought by the StratEquity Empowerment Investment Companies in which our StratEquity clients buy shares. The StratEquity Empowerment Investment Companies can also hold Black Economic Empowerment advantages for the offering company. StratEquity first approves companies that apply for expansion funding, and will then let the StratEquity Empowerment Investment Companies take up the shares.
